Do you need a space to rent for an event?

NEED A LOCATION FOR YOUR FAMILY REUNION, GRADUATION PARTY OR BUSINESS MEETING? THE CLAYCOMO COMMUNITY BUILDING IS AVAILABLE FOR RENT TO RESIDENTS AND NON-RESIDENTS. THE BUILDING CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 300 AND FEATURES A FULL KITCHEN FOR YOUR USE! 

CLAYCOMO COMMUNITY BUILDING IS LOCATED AT 28 S. DRAKE (RIGHT BEHIND THE POLICE STATION/CITY HALL). DOWNLOAD THE RENTAL APPLICATION BELOW.

    UPDATED PRICES

    NEW PRICES BEGIN JULY 1, 2023

    Beginning July 1, 2023, the updated rental agreement will be instated. Prices have increased. We are still the lowest priced venue for the location, space and time. 

    Claycomo Resident Rental $250

    Claycomo Business Rental $350

    Non-Resident Rental $450

    Deposit $300

    Cleaning (required for all rentals) $200

    Security Fee $150 Base, $35/Hour, after 4 hours
